How do I check the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your order information on the Order Tracking page.
After placing an order, it is sent immediately to our order fulfillment center where we will send your items within 3-5 business days. Below are the expected delivery times based on your location.

The I Luv Shoes store successfully ships many products around the world every day. We have many happy customers in all corners of the world.
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your style from the drop-down menu on the product page and then click on “Buy it now!” Button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We will prepare your order and send you a tracking number.
How secure is my personal information?
The information is protected through the original Pay Pal page. Only for Colombia we are allowed the banking consignments.
¿I Luv Shoes Store offers a guarantee of quality in the products it sells?
If you do not like your product, we will recover it! All our products are carefully inspected for their quality to ensure that we provide our customers the best.
Our policy lasts 30 days for retail items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Note: Free offers / free gifts: all “free shipping” offers must be canceled within 24 hours of your order. Free items are not refundable.
Several types of products are exempt from refund. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. If your item is damaged, send an image to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will fix it 🙂

Book with obvious signs of use. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your Pay Pal account, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your Pay Pal account again.
Then, contact Pay Pal, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.

Only regular price items can be reimbursed, unfortunately the items in offers can not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace the items if they are defective or damaged at the factory. If you need to change it for the same article, send us an email to email@example.com and send your article to: Calle 80 a # 23 a 09 in Cali-Colombia. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to communicate with you may vary.
